All orders are processed within 10 - 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of placing your order. We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible. 

At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. 

We offer local pickup for those local to Somerset, Kentucky and surrounding areas. 

All personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Please ensure that you double check all personalizations, refunds and returns will not be given for mistakes made during ordering. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@carolineandrubys.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these issues individually but will try to work towards a solution for our customers.
